Inspired by the last measure of wine, which was dedicated to wine and food compatibility, and got the recipe from Larisa, preparing a chocolate cake. It is very simple with the heavenly taste of bitter chocolate, but at the same time just a bit meandering baking process. Made this cake twice, to achieve a smooth brown surface without the brittle-type fracture (needed to learn what the true oven temperature was, and which is the right pan for cakes careful removal from the baking dish). I like that that we can dispense without the flour.

Feeling inspired from Martins Ritins broadcast “What could be better than this?”, where you could know about original fish, today we made haddock. It is white meat fish and comes from Iceland cold and deep waters. Not cheap and fat, but very tasty.

Shortly after Ligo night holidays, so tummy didn’t forget, how it was spoiled, my friend welcomed me in her house on cocktail evening. In attention focus was strawberry daikiri. Day, in weather prognoses tidings, was not very good – cloudy and even was delicate rain. So we drank cold daikiri and thought, that there wasn’t anything better in hot summer evening. So, hot days and evenings are here. Let’s shake some strawberry daikiri!
