A Glimpse of Museum Night 2011

Who knows how it is in France - the cradle of Museum Night - but in Latvia this event always falls during the blossoming of bird cherry and chestnut trees. The breath of spring drifts through the air and crowds move through Riga's streets, especially through Old Riga, seeking new impressions, new acquaintances, new information.

Egg Dyeing 2011

Egg Dyeing 2011

Easter preparations at our house are in full swing. This evening we dyed eggs using the time-honoured ancestral method - in onion skins. The Full Moon Approaches

The Full Moon Approaches

All the world's media are discussing tomorrow's (19 March) full moon, or supermoon - a topic that is stirring minds with the potential natural cataclysms to be expected. The Moon will come within 356,500 km of Earth. I want to look at all of this through the prism of optimism and the certain cyclicity of nature and the cosmos, which is inevitable and can bring change. I offer the full moon theme through the eyes of photographers.
